How do I get my hands on a Peachy Package?
You can easily order a surprise filled Peachy Package by visiting our shop and choosing the purchase option that suits you. You will have the choice of monthly, 3 monthly, or 6 monthly subscriptions as well as access to a one-off Peachy Package (while stocks last). From time to time there will also be little Peachy Packages available in the shop, together with other gifts and cards.
How does the subscription service work?
If you order before the 28th of the month, you will receive that month's Peachy Package which will be dispatched on the 28th (or the next working day). If we have already sold out of Peachy Packages in a particular month you will receive the next month's Peachy Package.
Monthly subscriptions are paid for on an ongoing monthly basis at initial purchase and then once per month thereafter. You can cancel anytime before the end of the month, but there are no refunds for payments already made. For example if you decide you no longer wish to subscribe during the month of October, then just let us know you wish to cancel before the 31st October and you won't be charged for or receive the November package.
Pre-paid 3 monthly and 6 monthly subscriptions are paid for on initial purchase. It will renew automatically unless you let us know before the end of your subscription period that you wish to stop the service.
What is inside my Peachy Package?
Lots of lovely surprises!
Each month will have a new collection, with useful items that will help you to take that much needed 5 minutes to plan and organise your time while enjoying a few treats. There is likely to be beautiful stationery, tasty chocolates, delicious drinks to make, with maybe some inspiring homewares or practical interesting gifts. I really hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy choosing what to include, designing our own items and testing out the chocolate!
The Little Peachy Packages will have a smaller selection of items which are inspired by the standard Peachy Package of the same month.
Can I find out more details of what's inside before I order?
We don't want to spoil your surprise, but some information will be made available in the Sneaky Peak section of our website, including information on our suppliers and partners in due course. If you subscribe to our latest updates by entering your email at the bottom of the page, you will be able to keep up to date with launch details, subscription offers, competitions, content previews and other news. You can also follow us on social media - just look out for @peachypackages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes! Please just add your message in the notes field when you place your order and I'll include a hand written note inside your parcel so the recipient knows it's from you.
What are the delivery charges?
Second Class delivery via Royal Mail is included in the price of the packages for recipients with a UK mainland address. We currently only supply packages to UK addresses but are looking to supply overseas soon. If you would like to send overseas or alternative options for delivery (which are likely to mean additional cost) do please contact us via email email@example.com and we will see what we can do to help. We have sent parcels to Channel Islands, across Europe and to Hong Kong with an additional charge to cover postage.
I’ve just subscribed! When do I receive my first package?
Monthly packages will be picked, packed and shipped during the last working week of every month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your Peachy Package is on its way to you.
I’ve just ordered a one-off Peachy Package, when can I expect it to arrive?
I endeavor to send parcels from stock within 2 days of order, by Royal Mail Second Class post, so please allow up to 5 days for delivery. However it can be sooner, depending on post office opening hours in my rural location! If you need a parcel for a particular date do let me know so we can arrange delivery to suit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course you can! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that your subscription will auto renew after the specified initial period, unless you inform us you wish to end the service. If you do decide to end the service, this will come into effect at the end of your specified subscription period. There are no refunds on prepaid subscriptions and you will obviously receive all those packages you have purchased.
Can I order a bespoke package?
All our Peachy Packages are carefully curated to provide a lovely selection of gift items. These do not have any option for modification, other than for the inclusion of gift messages. However, we do occasionally have the potential to provide a bespoke service for a limited number of packages which we are happy to discuss with you if you wish to get in contact.
